Worked in Asset management and Banking for more than 5 years with different roles as Quant and Trader. Work involved pricing and selling financial products to client like pension funds most of the time structured products and Quantitative investment strategies with a broad range of assets classes. Also proficient in Python/SQL but also Javascript and solidity since recently.

Proposed roles & responsibilities

• Partner in 🟢 Finance Unit
• Help build early V1 fund strategy for Lifetime Fund
• Fund allocation backtesting
• Work with ⚫️ Product Unit to develop staking/locking and other product mechanisms
• Develop tokenomics strategy
• Develop Liquidity Bootstrap strategy
• Liaise with potential funding sources
• Help build finance unit team

Proposed offer to candidate

• Term: 11 weeks (Immediate start until end Q2)
• Hours: 15 hours per week, flexibly allocated over the week
• Compensation: 45,705 PENX fixed compensation
• Vesting: Linear over term with 1 month cliff
