Proposed roles & responsibilities
- Partner in 🟠 Ops Unit
- Job title: Business Development and Partnerships Manager
- Create a BD strategy and define objectives for scale.
- Build and manage a sales and BD pipeline and sales funnels.
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
- Create a comprehensive Pension integration and partnerships programme at Pen-X and establish Pen-X as the Pension Fund for Web3 businesses.
- Find opportunities for global expansion and partnerships, as well as strategic alliances.
- Design, implement, and analyse partnership compensation and referral models, including: incentive programmes, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, and other partners introductions.
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective partners and clients.
- Recruit and build the global sales unit and train business development staff, partnerships staff, and sales staff.
- Maximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and inter-Unit collaboration.
- Work with the Product and Marketing Units, including the content and communication teams to organise sales events at Crypto and Web3 Conferences and other industry events.
- Channel client feedback to the Product Unit and recommend improvements.
- Identify emerging DeFi trends and use this to optimise our strategy.
- Become an active community leader, including speaking at events and doing presentations
Proposed offer to candidate
- Term: 7 weeks (Immediate start until end Q2)
- Hours: 20 hours per week, flexibly allocated over the week
- Compensation: 15,120 PENX fixed compensation (Tier 3)
- Vesting: Linear over 2 months with 1 month cliff
