Candidate in their own words

Matthew is a full-stack web3 developer who has built various decentralized applications across the crypto industry. In a previous life, he was a technology consultant for the nonprofit industry, but fell in love with blockchain technology and wanted to be part of the web3 movement. Matthew is especially interested in DAOs and how they are approaching community ownership, non-hierarchical governance, and new approaches to work. He has been involved with several NFT projects including PEGZ, RAREPEPES, and FEELSGOODMAN, and currently works for Climate Futures, a company that tokenizes carbon credits on Ethereum and CabinDAO, a DAO that is building a decentralized city.

Proposed roles & responsibilities

• Partner in ⚫️ Product Unit
• Help build early stage dev team
• Define and review sprints
• Initial product projects:
  • Build MVP Pen-X App

Proposed offer to candidate

• Term: 11 weeks (Immediate start until end Q2)
• Hours: 15 hours per week, flexibly allocated over the week
• Compensation: 45,705 PENX fixed compensation
• Vesting: Linear over term with 1 month cliff
