Tip.CC Integration

Tip.cc is a discord bot that will allow users to transfer crypto as easily as a message. For only $200 we can list Penguin Party Fish on their platform to make it easy for users across many different discord servers to freely transfer fish.

I have already paid for the listing and integrated the bot in to our server.

This proposal would merely compensate me for the expense: I am asking for 200 Fish from the treasury as an allotment for the implementation, and 100 fish to be airdropped pro-rata upon all OG members of Penguin Party using the bot in celebration of our new integration after the listing is completed.
