#5 - Accept OTC Trade 1

As per proposal #4, I have begun the process of OTC'ing the 2,500 🐟.

I have completed the first OTC trade from my personal wallet at today's spot price of $2.27 per 🐟. The trade was in the amount of 623.34801762 🐟 for 1,415 DAI.

If the community votes yes on this proposal, it will accept this trade, and I will deposit the 1,415 DAI in to the small funds wallet created in the last proposal here: https://etherscan.io/address/0xd978f6ae3377c1a2bd74741ada0398b7fe16ba01#tokentxns and withdraw the 623.34801762 🐟 back to my personal wallet.
