#8 - FutureVision - Staking

On behalf of the Core Team - I propose the following actions be taken:

• Reserve 10,000 🐟 from the treasury for staking program deployment. Details: Will last three months, have four pools, all of which will get allocated 2,500 fish, Staking Genesis targeted for April 5.

• Reserve 1,000 🐟 from the treasury to begin a small, weekly allocation of 250🐟/week for the next four weeks to the core team for development, marketing, and deployment of Staking and an on-chain governance solution for Penguin Party.
