The Incubator Team is responsible for fulfilling the PeopleDAO mission to build an ecosystem around the $PEOPLE token that also furthers social good and Web3. Last Season we began incubating four projects/subDAOs.

We enter the new Season implementing version 2.0 of the program, and welcoming proposals from additional applicants. We have the following goals for Season 3:

1. Support our incubatees in reaching their milestones – Our community projects and subDAOs are the primary mechanism PeopleDAO uses to give the $PEOPLE token utility and incentivize social good. The Incubator team staffs a steward for each project, to provide project management and strategic advice. We use discretionary funds to support incubatees with ad hoc designing, marketing, organizing, and other activities.

2. Plan for v3.0 of the Incubator – We believe in continual iteration, a design process integral to software development. Each season we produce a report analyzing our performance and prescribing improvements for the next season.

The Team intends to carry forward leftover funds from the last season (71,750 $PEOPLE) and ask for an additional 97,250 $PEOPLE.
