Increase PPBLZ-ETH LP rewards

Currently the PPBLZ-ETH LP rewards is 2x only on the PPBLZ in the LP while users are exposing themselves to IL deeming providing PPBLZ liquidity on Uniswap both risky and unattractive.

Proposal would be to increase the rewards to a 'true' 2x for LP while decreasing the single asset staking rewards to 0.75x the current ones so emissions are kept under control and economy doesn't suffer from excessive inflation.
