Loan for emergency situation for 0xcandy

I am writing a proposal to ask for 1.02 eth (about $1200 at todays prices) loan from the PLA DAO. The funds would be used to pay for my car to be returned from a tow yard, where it from the side of my house. The issue is rather urgent as the tow yard adds 125 USD to the recovery fee every day.
tow/city fee +$1500 storage fees by thursday +$375 Currently have -$675 = $1200

I would have preferred to handle this thing without outside assistance, but my situation is dire and I am in need of help. I am a single father and my car is essential in being able to care for myself and my son. Without my car I cannot get to work and risk both unemployment and homelessness.

I am dedicated to paying this loan back to the DAO and would offer 5 % APY over 3 months or a repayment of approximately 1.02 eth. I will fully doxx for the purposes of receiving this loan and give my time and dedication to the PLA DAO should the DAO decide to accept this proposal.
