INITIAL PROPOSAL MUST BE INTRODUCED TO COMMUNITY BEFORE ENTERED HERE FOR VALIDITY

I propose that any proposal must first pass through discord and receive a minimum number of individuals so that there can be proper discussion before any random proposals are put forth here. I put forth a minimum of 50 so that people are participating in the project. We can build something great here but it will take time. The last 2 proposals have very short sighted and looking to build a company takes a discussion.

A second addendum would be to have a weekly time put forth to discuss new proposals.
