Proposal to extend Phairdrop Season 2 by 2 weeks

Summary This proposal aims to finalize the Phaver Season 2 end date, possibly extending it by two weeks.

Motivation When will Phairdrop Season 2 end? Initially scheduled for October 24th, 30 days after launch, but users raised three main issues:

1. Many people’s Cred Cycles reset soon, making it hard to reach new levels with their new Cred Passes for Season 2.
2. New users don’t have enough time to catch up, and CEX staking campaigns have reduced the 30-day holding average displayed in the app dashboard for many existing users. 3.Two additional weeks give the team time to build the upcoming in-app SocialFi features further, ensuring a smoother experience for claiming and more utility for the token when it is claimed.

Specification

• To address this, we propose extending Season 2 by two weeks to November 7th.
• In addition, if this proposal passes, to be fair to those most loyal users who held their entire allocation in Phaver during the first week, a special SBT with strong Cred and Point utility will be issued (snapshot from holdings on 30th October).

Vote "Yes" to extend or "No" to keep the current schedule. All voters will get a Debut Voter SBT after the vote concludes.
