To keep things moving I submitting the proposal and snapshot to make

the next DAO Leader for the Phonon DAO.

I propose the term would be for 1 year unless the DAO votes to replace him before that time.

I propose that he be compensated $800 USD in Phonon DAO Tokens per month to be paid by the DAO Multisig no later than the 5th day after each month. His term would start at the conclusion of this vote May 31, 2023. and the first payment would be made in July.
