[PIP #4] (Fixed) Add psCRV Pool

Proposal by the Pickle core devs

The recent launch of pJar 0 marks the launch of PickleJars and is a key stepping stone towards our long-term vault strategy. As liquidity in pJar 0 increases, so does our influence in creating pressure for stablecoins that are trading at a premium.

Currently sUSD has one of the highest APYs in the pools. We propose reducing rewards for the sUSD pool by amount and allocate that amongst psCRV holders (those who have deposited into pJar 0).

If this proposal passes, we’ll be adding the psCRV staking pool 48 hours after the vote ends.

You can also convert sUSD to psCRV should you wish to do so.
