[PIP-26] Remove 20% Performance Fee on SUSHI Jars

The SushiSwap farms are configured such that 2/3rd of the SUSHI rewards do not vest until a later date. The effort required in creating a snapshot to distribute these eventual rewards to the original depositors in our PickleJars is incredibly complex. As such, there are no immediate plans to distribute these SUSHI rewards to depositors and may be kept in the Pickle Treasury.

Accordingly, the removal of performance fees from the SushiSwap PickleJars would make depositing in them more attractive.

Proposal

This proposal, if passed, would remove the 20% performance fee on the SUSHI farming PickleJars. Specifically, this includes the following Jars:

• SLP DAI/ETH
• SLP USDC/ETH
• SLP USDT/ETH
• SLP WBTC/ETH
• SLP YFI/ETH
