Should PieDAO create a proposal on Compound to vote on a Retroactive Airdrop?

There is currently active discussion on the Compound forum to retroactively reward early token holders. Discussion link below.

Work is underway for the proposal and part of the process to continue requires a compound proposal to be put forward which requires 100 COMP.

I see this as a great opportunity to show the power of Meta Governance with the $DOUGH token by PieDAO.

Should PieDAO through Meta Governance and working with the Compound community submit a proposal for vote on Compound for a retroactive Airdrop for early users?
