$2 Billion DoDo in Private USD can we get a piece of the pie?

With thousands of dollars in movement crypto investor is looking to get some of the dodo birds money. Where does all this tether come from? But yet it is in the publics eyes. If the DoDo Bird has 2 billion dollars liquidity couldn't it share a measly 25K with a solid project?
