Official Proposal to Shut down PiggyBankDAO

It's been a good ride. Dev did an excellent job given the circumstances. I propose we cut our losses and return treasury funds to PB holders. We can try again, but with proper marketing as a proper part of the equation. But this experiment has run it's course and I believe there is not chance of saving it at this point. We do not have a strong narrative, the dev team is overwhelmed, and marketing efforts from the team and community are nonexistent.

No disrespect, no hard feelings, everyone learned a ton about what is required to make something like this successful. So let's take what we've learned and move on.
