Proposal 14 – Add Neutrl sNUSD to USP Backing Reserve Distribution

Summary

This proposal seeks to add Neutrl Staked NUSD (sNUSD) to the USP Backing Reserve.
The Neutrl Staked NUSD (sNUSD) will be included in both the reserve distribution and maximum allowance lists.

Rationale

Adding Neutrl Staked NUSD (sNUSD) to USP backing enhances capital efficiency by introducing a yield-bearing, market-neutral asset into the reserve mix.

sNUSD accrues yield from Neutrl’s institutional-grade, delta-neutral strategies (e.g. OTC arbitrage and funding rate capture) without introducing directional market risk.

The asset remains liquid and composable, allowing USP to benefit from sustainable yield generation while preserving backing flexibility and overall stability.
