Rationale

Integrating the Upshift earnAUSD Vault into the USP backing strategy enhances the treasury’s capital efficiency by exposing backing assets to a diversified, risk-aware yield engine without compromising liquidity or composability. Upshift vaults are designed to automatically allocate deposited assets across vetted DeFi yield opportunities — including lending, basis trades, and structured allocations — thereby earning optimized risk-adjusted yield on stablecoins like AUSD, which can complement USP’s backing profile.
