Proposal 9 - USP Backing Reserve Distribution Update

Summary

This proposal recommends updating the BMMF Reserve Backing Max Allowance from 60% to 70% and increasing the Reserve Backing Distribution from 50% to 65%.

Rationale

BMMF Turkey Stablecoin FX Arbitrage Strategy has shown strong, consistent performance and remains one of the most reliable yield sources in the reserve. Increasing its max allowance to 70% and distribution to 65% allows USP to allocate more capital to this stable strategy while still maintaining diversification and prudent risk management. These updates align the reserve with current performance and improve overall yield efficiency.
