Proposal 4 - PIKU Rewards Campaign Activation

Summary

This proposal seeks the activation of PIKU Rewards via Merkl campaigns starting on the 25th of September 2025 11:00 AM (UTC+1).

This proposal starts the incentives for: - USP Holders Rewards - sPIKU Rewards - Delegator & Voting Rewards

By combining USP launch with the beginning of long-term incentive programs, this proposal ensures strong alignment between product utility and community participation.

Rationale Activating PIKU Rewards for USP Holding and DAO Participation will:

• Enhance USP adoption and liquidity.
• Incentivize DAO participants for the best risk adjusted USP backing ideas.
• Create additional yield to USP holders.
• Kickstart Merkl-based campaigns, to ensure transparency and efficiency in token distribution.
• Strengthen community trust by aligning utility and incentives from the very start.
