Proposal 3 - Establish Reserve Backing Strategy Rates

Summary

This proposal sets rates for USP’s reserve backing strategies and sets max allowance for other strategies. It ensures diversification, reduces risk, and provides clear boundaries for how DAO funds can be allocated.

Rationale

To maintain risk-controlled diversification and ensure transparent treasury management, PikuDAO must define the distribution rates for each asset in which USP’s reserves will be deployed.

By defining these rates for backing reserves, the DAO:

• Prevents overexposure to any single protocol or asset.
• Ensures measured, step-by-step diversification from the initial 100% USD stable backing.
• Establishes a governance framework where new allocations always require DAO approval.
• Reinforces trust and accountability through predefined thresholds.

These distribution rates represent the ratios of each strategy for USP reserve backing allocation. Actual deployments may change with a tolerance of 2% or lower and will always be subject to further DAO proposals and approvals.
