現在開催中のピク忍イベント《ピクチェン》の企画・運営・開発に関わったメンバーへの報酬付与について。

ー提案する報酬の内容ー ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ ①ピク忍NFT ※番号の若い順から ②ピクチェンアイテムNFTミント権 ③ガス代の立替分（仮想通貨払い） ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

ー報酬配分ー ※こちらの内容はイベントリーダー「いくけん」とメイン制作メンバー「KEI」・「黒柴」・「cosy」の4名で全体の作業期間・量とその貢献度を踏まえ話し合った内容で提案させていただきます

ー目的ー 現在開催中のピクチェンは、準備期間に相当な時間をかけ2022/12/25にやっとイベントとしてスタートを切りました。 それぞれの役割に沿って活動は自主的に進められ、準備からリリースに至るまで全て無報酬となっています。メンバーによってはリリース後の対応にもかなりの時間をさき、必要経費としてガス代などを立て替えているような現実もあります。

Reward Distribution The following is a proposal based on discussions among the event leader "Ikuken" and the main production members "KEI," "Kuroshiba," and "cosy" based on the overall duration and volume of work and their contribution.

*May be added as needed Others: If replacement costs such as gas bills are incurred, the amount equivalent to the replacement cost will be paid from the DAO Wallet.

Purpose The current Pixchen event took a considerable amount of time to prepare, and finally started as an event on December 25, 2022. Each member's role is self-directed, and all activities from preparation to release are unpaid. Some members spend a lot of time after the release of the event, and some even have to pay for gas and other necessary expenses.
