(OGP14) - Sponsor an Ambassador Program

This is a governance proposal to sponsor an ambassador program for the Overlay Community.

TL:DR; The DAO should commit 4,000 $OVL tokens (0.05 % of token supply) to sponsor an one month ambassador program for the Overlay Community. What will be the result: Will increase the Overlay community. Really engaged users in the community will be well-rewarded. This will encourage many users to continue to use the Overlay and spread the word about it.

Long version: To ensure maximum user engagement ahead of the project launch, I propose sponsoring content, while also recognizing top content creators. My initiative involves the creation of 10 unique quests aimed at identifying the best content makers, as well as the most diligent of them. By doing so, I hope to foster a vibrant community of users eager to participate in Overlay Protocol in future. The total amount of 2,000 $OVL will be divided equally among the top 10 participants, with each person receiving 200 $OVL. Moreover, the top 11-50 participants will receive a share of 2,000 $OVL, distributed based on the following calculation: (2,000 $OVL / total points earned by all participants) multiplied by the number of points earned by each individual participant.
