(OGP5) - Sandbox Launch Expansion to More Users: Litter Box 2

Only 18 days ago, OVL distribution for Litter Box 1 has finalized and Overlay has officially launched with less than 100 wallets participating. Since then, the protocol has reached more than 100 total positions from 36 unique users. Considering the gas prices on Ethereum network, and launching only with WTH/USDC markets, it is definitely something!

It's time to take another step

On the latest Overlay Governance Proposal (OGP-4), the community has decided to add WBTC/USDC Uniswap v3 market to the protocol and the discussions about adding new markets are continuing in the community chat on Discord. Moreover, the community is trying to find a way to deal with high gas prices on Ethereum network and actively discussing about possible expansion to other L1s, L2s or sidechains.

Considering the expansion of other chains are on the horizon and the new markets are being discussed, it looks like it's time to take another 'step', and introduce Overlay's gated sandbox launch to more users.

Eliminate Sybil Attackers, Not The Community

"The aim is to create an environment which only a handful of community members will be able to participate at the beginning, before scaling up to additional sandboxed environments, which will include more users." (OGP-2) - Implement the gated sandbox launch: Litter Box 1

Now that we're at the 'include more users' phase, we should avoid including sybil attackers, and we should avoid not including the community.

PlanckCat DAO is a welcoming DAO full of cats, that's it.

So, the proposal is offering these:

-An application form is going to be created. -Only those who have 'Community' and '200 stonks' role on Discord will be able to apply. (more roles can be added if PCD decides so) -Only those who have more than 0.01 ETH on their wallets will be able to apply. -The further process will be like the Litter Box 1.
