AAStar 2024 Q3 + Q4 Proposal

Q4提案

背景 之前也发过一篇思考的建议（ AAStar 2024 Q4财务和工程建议 ），经过了一个多月，收到了社区成员和小组内部的一些反馈，也发生了一些变化，在Q3最后一周，特此整理了下，发起本提案。

提案内容 成果汇报 AAStar经过为期一年左右的孵化（从2023年11-10开始，到2024面10-31结束），专注于AA领域，研发并推出了下述的产品，践行了普朗克的使命：建设以太坊，构建人类数字未来。 尝试为以太坊生态提供基础infura，在AA领域可以帮助DApps做到类似于Web2的UX体感。 包括一些历史作品的集合table:

下阶段规划 image image 2460×2336 627 KB 孵化期结束 从2024年11月开始，AAStar需要自我造血，独立成长，不再向国库申请资金支持.

对外服务 也正式宣布，AAStar有了基础和较为完整的账户服务能力和系列的SDK、Demo，为所有社区，所有DApps，提供开放开源的AA能力支持。 致力于维护一套属于社区的，去中心的，开源的，共建的账户体系：包括AA账户的创建，Gas Sponsor的服务搭建、友好无感的Gas产品、基于账户的社区基础能力。 同时也开放所有能力组合，嵌入例如信念投票等产品模块。

融资规划暂停 因为个人原因，原来计划在9月准备，10月进行的融资暂时无限期推后。主要是手头的工作各种事情太多，需要一个个的逐一给个交代，然后才能专注于AAStar的发展上，否则也是对投资人的不负责。同时产品实际还需要一些打磨和稳定，测试和生产测试等工作。 目前在整理个人手头工作，逐步放下琐碎工作的时间内，也不会停止AAStar社区的研究和开发工作，只是融资等思考和推动无法进行。 在合适的时间，或许会再次启动这个事情。

未来Equity归属 之前论坛发过一个帖子（ 治理提案：师出有名的孵化机制草稿（讨论版本） ），讨论社区孵化的一些明确和归属，但发出来反馈并不多，不过依然按惯例，AAStar承诺，未来有任何融资或者Equity，或者其他形式（例如通证等等）的活动进行，则首先会对普朗克的孵化进行追溯，目前追溯额度先拍脑门5%，最终需要融资小组来确认。 关于此问题可以再启动融资的时候，进行展开讨论，但思路不会变化。

小结 以上，请关注普朗克，关注AAStar的社区成员给出一些反馈和建议，讨论充分后，会上snapshot，进行投票确认。

Q3 提案

背景 AAStar社区正式立项做Paymaster已经是第三个Q了，简单记录下，如有谬误或者记错了，大家指正。 历史主理人review：2022年7月成立，历任3人主理人，Tingfei: 2022-7到8月中，Aron（海绵）兼任：2023年8-2023年9左右，Jason：2023年11月10开始至今。 AAStar: Paymaster+AirAccount四个Q：Runable, Usable, Composable, Communitiable。

Q1和Q2，可以参考之前的review，简单说基本实现了当时的相关的目标规划（70分）。

Q3Q4规划 Framework: Paymaster: NFT Gas Card Mode support and some upgradation with EIP7702 branch; Paymaster: One-key Deployment with Dashboard(configuration on contracts and AA components) AirAccount: Community Node(Rely Party，Account Part，DVT） AirAccount: BLS Account Contract, D2FA（web page and mobile)

Product: For Applications: SDK and Demo with RPC call API Mycelium Protocol basic: (based on one-key deployment community version) Community NFT panel Community ENS panel(Comet ENS) Community Jifen panel AnyWeb2 Account binding(AA account creation)

Operation: based on these:

The Community can use it to onboard new members, publish NFT gas cards, and get revenue. The Applications can use SDK, Demos, and Docs to develop their business based on AA ability. The End Users can use Email, and Moblie to get their Ethereum account with layers of security. connect more, get feedback, and cooperate with companions on our open-source repo. 10 angel user 100 angel user 3 application angel user 3 community angel user

人员 目前保持不变，如果有其他grant，计划招募一个全职合约和一个全职产品，但不急迫。 未来会保持在10人以下的小团队规模。

预算 保持当下全职研发：Jason，Dylan，Clark；合约和产品需要有外部bounty角色参与，包括之前的合作小伙伴。 预算范围是1.8WU左右。 鉴于开发进度，在Q3最后一个月会开始主动做一些产品运营。

目标 规划里也提到了一些具体工程和产品目标。对于AAStar社区来说：

概述Q3目标： 产品上OP，天使用户反馈并提升 建设Framework和不同用户的产品方案 形成Mycelium Protocol的雏形

小结 特此向全体社区成员给出信息的同步和反馈的征求，依据社区规则和共识，需要基于Q2的进展，对Q3的预算进行投票。当然，也包括AAStar本身的一些思考和规划，公开发出来，征求大家意见和反馈。 不好意思，真的忙，耽搁了许久。
