Increasing Minimum Requirements for Posting a Proposal

At the heart of Planet is a vibrant and active community, and we want to ensure that our governance structure reflects this. With that in mind, we propose changes to our governance requirements that will promote greater community involvement and ensure that our decision-making process is more representative of the community's interests.

• Increase the minimum AQUA holding requirement for proposal creation from 100 to 500 AQUA (100 AQUA staked in infinity vault will meet this requirement). This change is being proposed in order to encourage more committed members to submit thoughtful and well-developed proposals that align with the long-term goals of Planet.
• Increase the quorum requirement from 36,000 to 60,000 (voting) AQUA. This change is being proposed to ensure that proposals with significant impact are approved by a larger portion of the community.
• Increase the percentage of votes required for a proposal to pass from 69% to 70%.

We believe that these changes will help create a more effective and inclusive governance structure that encourages active participation from our community members, creating a more robust and representative decision-making process for the long-term success of AQUA governance.

PS: We would be setting up a Telegram channel for governance discussion. Anyone who wants to post a proposal who do not have enough AQUA can propose it on the channel and put it up for discussion. Someone else can post the proposal on behalf of the original proposer.
