Add marketing fee on all vaults to .1% expect Aqua only.

Add marketing fee on all vaults except for Aqua only to redirect those fees collected into a strong marketing campaign. Fee's collected should be collected and added into a separate wallet to ensure faith to aqua holders that money collected is being used for active marketing to shed more light to the project. Marketing has been weak and yet the project has excelled. In order to accelerate the growth of Planet finance I propose to add marketing fees to all Vaults except Aqua only to .1% temporarily for the next 6 months.
