Lottery Event

The proposal is for Planet Finance to run a lottery event, in my opinion the benefits far out weigh the negatives.

If the vote is passed quickly it could be released in conjunction with green planet.

I would like to see something similar to the following.

A 200 Gamma entry for one ticket. A 500 gamma entry for 3 tickets.

If lets say... 100 people entered and lets say all bought a single ticket then a total of 20,000 gamma would be put into the total prize pool.

I think the draw should be split into 3 draws resulting in the following splits.

(5% of pool goes to Planet finance team for hosting and facilitating the event.)

50% for a the first draw. 30% for second draw 15% for the third draw

So for the person who won the first draw then it would result in them gaining 10,000 gamma which at todays rate is almost $1000.

A mod could host the draw on the telegram channel.

The exposure to something like this will also help attract other users to the Planet finance platform.

The team could also implement things such as a proportion going to pay back customers after the "Terra crash" etc.

The percentages and numbers can all be fine tuned but the idea is to get the proposal passed then put the numbers to a vote in the TG channel.

There are very few negatives to an event like this and a lot of other Crypto platforms already have something similar!
