Diversifying Treasury Funds

We have a good amount of GAMMA in treasury as of now (2.73 million GAMMA). Proposal is to diversify some of the new funds coming into the treasury from now on.

Treasury receives funds from the following avenues

• 3.5% of GAMMA emissions (24.5k GAMMA per week)
• 5% of all fee collected from the platform.
• GAMMA received as rewards for staking into GAMMA infinity vault and GAMMA-BNB pool (~20k GAMMA per week)

Proposal is to use the 5% fee and convert 50% of that to BTC and 50% to USDT. Keep the other GAMMA as is (emissions and rewards). Please note that some part of the proposed 5% is already used to buy and burn aqua as per an earlier proposal. That will continue to happen.

This should help diversify funds a bit and we can utilize BTC and USDT later on when we need to spend treasury funds for marketing etc.
