Create Balancer Type pools for Planet Finance

Balancer Protocol on Eth functions as a crypto ETF giving you weighted exposure across a variety of self-balancing assets. Similar products currently do not exist on the Binance Smart Chain. With the introduction of Balancer pools on Planet Finance it would attract significant new locked capital along with exchange fees increasing value of Gamma Token and the scarcity of Aqua, while having benefits to LP holders in the pools allowing them diversify their assets within a single pool.
