Add FTM market to Green Planet

This proposal is to vote on if we should add Fantom to Green Planet.

Fantom has a very active defi scene and we would benefit from the TVL, considering would be only ones on BSC to do it. It could also help create new partnerships and eyes to the platform. FTM's defi TVL has been growing immensly. It is listed in tier 1 CEX so price feeds shouldn't be an issue. It's possible to also bridge opera FTM to BSC as BEP20.
