Two Islands + a decommissioned navy boat are included. Islands are 1 hour boat ride from NYC, 5 minute boat ride from New Rochelle. One island is empty (potential helicopter pad), one island has a large full self-sustaining four bedroom + 2 bathroom home (solar, geneartors, battery, etc.). WHAT IS IT WORTH?

The Islands were listed for $13 million in 2018 and more recently for $5 million this year. The long time owner put $8 million into renovations. However, he died last year and his wife lives in London. Wants to sell ASAP via auction.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Real estate agent estimates The Islands + boat are expected to sell for $2 - $2.5 million. Current bid is $1.25 million. Auction is this Wednesday. We also would pay 12% auction house fee on top.

WHY WOULD WE BUY IT?

Do dope shit and keep the plear fire alive. Objectively a good deal from a finanacial perspective. Likely could flip for a profit. Provides an IRL location to display Wu Tang and other assets that matches the rarity of our collection.

NEXT STEPS?

If there is interest in buying it we need to register as a bidder and put down 100k refundable deposit. If we win, we must pay auction house fee by end of week and have 30 days to provide full cost.
