Machi and ppl kindly offered half their PEEPS during a moment of chaos. Their noble actions resulted in PleasrDAO launching into the stratosphere and their actions deserve to be reimbursed.

• Reimburse Machi 5051 PEEPS
• Send 5050.01 PEEPS to El on behalf of ppl
• Send 400 ETH from treasury to El whenever liquidity available

10,101.01 PEEPS equates to 1.01% of PEEPS and is the same amount OG's received on day 0 for min contribution.

Since we didn't entirely fill, this would put us extremely close to where we would have landed anyway. DM me (jamis) if you want exact the % of PEEPS number we will be distributing as a result of this + the raise.
