Proposal Description

The proposal is open to all holders of PLUR Talk NFT to vote on whether the community wants to deploy the BRC-20 token based on Ordinals and allows PLUR holders the privilege of minting 12 hours ahead of everyone else.

If the proposal passes:

1/ The team will deploy a BRC-20 token based on the Ordinals protocol. The token is free, but everyone will need to pay a certain amount of Bitcoin (denominated in Satoshi) as gas (~0.3-0.8 USDT).

2/ As a PLUR Talk NFT holder, you have the right to mint 12 hours earlier than anyone else. Mint addresses will be available exclusively on the #NFT-holders channel. Since Ordinals and the Bitcoin blockchain do not support smart contracts, the team cannot open whitelists and airdrops to NFT holders.

3/ After 12 hours, the remaining tokens will be fully open to the global Bitcoin and Web3 community. At that point, everyone will be able to mint for free.

4/ This is a new and fair experiment 🧪. No set-asides, no team shares, no whitelists. Everyone pays the same cost in Bitcoin gas to participate in mint.
