PRFC-12: Continue building PlutusDAO and increase development throughput

Overview

PlutusDAO has achieved significant milestones while navigating a volatile period. This proposal seeks community approval to continue operations with the new team, and increasing our throughput with strategic R&D & BD allocation - building upon the strong foundation established.

• Refurbished and launched plsSYK with a forward-thinking liquidity strategy.
• Re-launched plsARB redemptions, plvGLP, and bPLS esPLS + mpPLS emissions
• Refurbished plsGRAIL to fit with current state of Camelot
• Developed plvHEDGE with first vault version in second round of audit

2. Governance & Community Engagement

Budget Proposal

From December 2024 onwards we suggest to modify our budget as shown in the table below. The main changes are increasing our current 2.5 developers to 5 for a total monthly increase of $12k USDC + $3k $PLS and business development from .5 to 1.25 for a total addition of $6,500 USDC and $1,500 worth of PLS.

The added development is distributed as follows:

• .5 added to 439d to bring up to full time
• 1 full-time added to Pepe's allocation (up to 3 from current 2)
• 1 full-time added to Plutus natively

Added BD is distributed as follows:

• .75 added to Skaffos to bring up to full time
