Please read and consider the below amendments to the previously passed Guidelines. The passed guidelines did not define the term length for subcommittee members or how they would be removed or replaced.
Replace selection of the five subcommittee members by popular vote to allow each DAO to select one member. With five approved DAOs, this would allow each DAO an opportunity to have equal representation.
Each of the five members on the subcommittee would serve through December 31, 2023. Future term lengths and subcommittee membership will be determined by the DAO no later than December 10, 2023.
Each committee member shall be available to review proposals from the 22nd through the 24th of each month. Should a member have an unexcused absence, he vacates his membership and will be replaced. Should someone resign, the respective DAO will be responsible for replacing its member.
The Party Mansion will have a non-voting member of the subcommittee to chair the proposal review meetings. In the unlikely event of a tie, the President would cast the tie-breaking vote.
