PBIP-1: Royalties

Background: Currently there is a royalty of 5% for secondary sales of PunkBabies on OpenSea paid to the original artist and creator (36changes ).

This royalty does not fit with the desire for PunkBabies to be decentralised and community centric.

Proposal: It is proposed that no future secondary sale royalties are paid to the original artist and creator (36changes ) or any other individual.

3 possible options for future royalties have been identified:

1. Zero royalties - no secondary sale royalty is to be collected by any party.
2. The % of secondary sale royalty remains unchanged (5%) but the royalty is paid to a community managed wallet, to be used in ways to benefit the community.
3. The % of secondary sale royalty is reduced to 1% which is paid to a community managed wallet, to be used in ways to benefit the community.

Some thoughts/notes: Option 1 is the most decentralised. Option 1 provides the greatest instant benefit to the community. Option 1 doesn't add any funds for future development / growth mechanics. Options 2 and 3 require management and gatekeepers. There are options to reduce risk but still not fully decentralised. Options 2 and 3 provide additional funds for future growth/ development.
