Reward reductions - Proposals

Hello POLAR Family 🐻‍❄️,

Following the last snapshot (https://snapshot.org/#/polarnodes.eth/proposal/0x39c11779b515c9dd9770448ed30157707ed5f3d141fa32f41010ca78e19c6308), in which you voted "For" a reduction of the rewards, we are going to propose you 3 different proposals.

We would like to remind you that this reduction of rewards comes after the general situation of the current market and this terrible period we are all going through, this has never been the desire of the team and we have done everything to avoid this. The plan now is to "slow down" the protocol until the general market recovers, in the meantime the Polar team will continue to work on these future products.

We want to thank you all solemnly for your dedication and support for Polar, we are a real community and we will overcome all this together ❄️
