Marketing + Q4 Dao Proposal

Hello Polis Community,

The last month has been very exciting for our Olympus Network as we have partnered with Meter.io to create a bridge, and the first dapp for our ecosystem was launched, Hades Swap. We want to promote these event as much as possible an hence we request the Polis community to help us fund the biggest proposal ever made for a marketing effort of our project. We have decided on a 3 wave concept over a period of 6 weeks. In these 3 waves there will be published several press releases, sponsored articles, youtube reviews and much more. We are working with a professional agency that has over 10 years of experience in crypto marketing and works with all major news sites.

The focus of this campaign is to promote our Polis Chain Olympus and Hades Swap. Here are a few names on which Polis Chain and Hades Swap will be mentioned if this proposal is successful:

This is the right way from our point of view, we want to achieve more reach and awareness and hope that you, as the most important part of this project, think the same.

The budget for this campaign is 20,000 USD for this campaign. The DAO is requesting 70,000 Polis from the treasury to carry out the campaign. We need to exchange these coins to cover the dollar cost. The DAO will sell them with best knowledge and certainty in small steps or via OTC.

The DAO had some costs in the last months and until the end of the year. This budget is used to cover the working hours and other costs like hosting, external tools and fees. This is the last proposal of the DAO this year and the costs for december are included.

The budget is requested from our treasury Agora contract (https://explorer.polis.tech/address/0xc5f7f84eeba6F70ffc4F3e13148eaa5E3dbdfA05/), after the proposal pass there will be around 36,000 Polis left in the Agora contract.

The 127,500 Polis will arrive to the DAO Multisig wallet this is controlled by the 5 DAO Managers and at least 3 of the 5 DAO Managers must agree to a transaction in order to send coins.
