Title: Do you agree that the weight of the on-chain votes should not be measured only by the factor of wallet wealth?

More info: Unfortunately, in the on-chain votes (like @snapshotdao.lens votes), people's opinion is as important as their wealth!

This is a clear problem and in addition to the amount of assets, the history of wallet and other factors such as Gitcoin Passport should be taken into consideration.
