🫂 but it's not even about the money, it's about the atrocities that artists are dealing with daily over there because they feel it's the only way to success lol it's fucking batshit crazy. like no one in their right mind would ever be in a gallery room of people with the kind that exist in CT/NFT twitter who HAVE A VOICE. it's not going to be remembered well in the history books.
i still need a rundown on all the haps but that sounds awesome. need to make a decision on how i'm going to roll out my 2k project.. was leaning towards foundation because of their drops mechanism but i'm unable to reward collectors outside of FDN with presale, so i'm right back where i started. maybe niftykit so i have more control and can take care of the various communities including lens family. still wish there was a way to run it all in here.. difficult to tell who you should follow. maybe you want to follow a different set of people than on e.g. Twitter.
a good first step is following @punkess if you want know what's happening in the Lens ecosystem. you might want to start with her This Week on Lens series and her monthly Getting Started posts (lenster.xyz/posts/0x0f85-0x18d0).
@ryanfox is a top photographer, though he hasn't posted pics in recent months (or I've missed them). but you might want to follow him for his (often longer) thoughts on web3 social (especially Lens) and the opportunities and transformation that it enables anyway.
Lens core: @stani @nader @christina @bradorbradley @lensprotocol
there are some incredibly talented artists (photographers, visual artists, musicians) on Lens. if you need recommendations, tell us.
