DAO BASE Liquidity 2

Due to the change in not being able to currently have a gauge on AERO we are running this vote

As of 10/12 the DAO has earned through fees on Fantom approximately $10,000.

On October 15th, the team will be seeding liquidity on Aerodrome the leading dex on BASE with ~$14k in liquidity from the team wallet and LGE.

This proposal is to use these DAO funds to pair WETH with POLTER to seed an Aerodrome liquidity Pool with an additional $20,000 in liquidity for a total of approximately $34,000.

We will not be able to incentivize liquidity on aerodrome currently.

Once our TVL and volume have improved significantly we will have the opportunity to have a gauge on AERO.
