Delay Sonic Bridge Opening

This is a proposal to delay the original plan to enable Sonic bridge after 30 days from Sonic launch.

As the amount of tokens to be bridged could potentially exceed 7 million tokens compared to 500k tokens on Sonic, this will greatly create sell pressure and dilution of APR and as a result impacts the LP and TVL (lower POLTER emission apr results in less borrowing and less deposits).

Please vote 'yes' if you are in favor of delaying the bridge opening. Please vote 'no' if you are NOT in favor of delaying the bridge opening.

PS: Airdrops will still proceed as planned. A subsequent DAO vote will be held to determine the amount of TVL to reach before opening the bridge, if needed.
