release PolyDoge for R&D

I am the backend dev for the NFT game, and we kinda need a more powerful computer... I can modify mine(already fairly powerful), but I would need around $10,000 released from the treasury to PolyDoge NFT game backend development.

If I do not get these funds, I cannot guarantee that we get the NFT game developed. These funds will also go to making a decentralized hosting solution for the end product being developed.
