PolyDoge DAO with a twist

The previous DAO was badly configured, as we needed the majority of token holders for a vote to pass, and most people were stuck in various LPs + 70% of the total supply is either burned, locked in a smart contract or on exchanges.

This is why we added a new system that integrates most of our NFTs as a voting booster.
