Summary

This proposal relinquishes control of the bZx Protocol on Polygon and passes control to BZRX and in return receives a swap rate to BZRX at a rate of 19 PGOV per 1 BZRX.

Proposal

The proposed buyout will entail a PGOV price of 1/19 BZRX on the swap rate and the DAO control will be transferred to BZRX. The PGOV token will cease to have any control on the bZx Protocol and will be phased out on usage. The farming of PGOV will also cease to occur and all rewards will vest immediately. For the buyout to fully occur, the bZx DAO will need to approve the token allotment too for the financing of the buyout.
