Media (Roberto) Increase in Compensation Package

I would like to propose an increase in my monthly compensation from 10,500 USDC per month to 12,500 USDC per month, along with an additional 450.000 AITV tokens to reflect the impact of my contributions, and as I have not received any DAO tokens over the past three years. Since then, my role at AgentcoinTV has evolved significantly, and I have consistently demonstrated high-impact results across several strategic areas.
