PWV Consultants - January 2022 Retainer

Simple Summary

PWV Consultants is a development shop for Polywrap. They recently sent a statement of work (details below):

Contractor will be available to work up to 80 hours per month.

For avoidance of doubt:

1. This is a monthly Retainer Agreement and Contractor will work at the direction of Customer.
2. For any work defined and mutually agreed upon by Customer and Contractor (email will suffice as a form of agreement) in excess of the number of retained hours above will be billed at $165/hour.
3. If Customer uses at least 64 of the retained hours in a given month, any unused hours (up to 16 hours) will be available for the next 30 days to be applied as comped overage hours.
4. If Customer uses less than 64 of the retained hours in a given month, the unused hours will be available to be worked for the next 30 days at no additional charge, but this contract will be terminated and a new hourly agreement will be put in place for moving forward.

PWV (www.pwvconsultants.com) is a development shop with expertise in code architecture with experience developing for DAOs as well as large clients like Liberty Mutual.

In the past, they have helped Polywrap with technical research as well as code architecture.
