Set Stablecoin rewards for completing Issues in the Demos repo

We have recently set up a Dework dashboard that will allow the DAO to start outsourcing tasks and offering pre-set rewards to anyone in a more permisionless manner.

The idea of this proposal to ratify the funds being allocated to pay the individuals who tackle such issues. Below is a list of the proposed expenses :

Reward: $ 1.000 Issue: #24 Demo: Using the HTTP plugin

Reward: $ 1.000 Issue: #23 Demo: URI-Resolver As-A-Wrapper

Reward: $ 1.000 Issue: #22 Demo: Simple Interface & Implementation

Reward: $ 1.000 Issue: #11 Implementation registry dApp

Reward: $ 600 Issue: #6 Add Jest testing for getIpfsData and setIpfsData functions

Total budget: $4.600

The individual amounts will be paid out to the contributors who go through the Dework application process and deliver a proper implementation.
